Under Her Eyes Contest Terms & Conditions

Contest Period: The contest begins on 27 February and ends at 23:59 GMT on 5 June, World Environment Day.

Eligibility: Open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participants must be legal residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union. Employees of Under Her Eyes, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To enter the contest, visit our website and complete the sign-up process through the pop-up on our landing page during the Contest Period. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Limit of one entry per person.

Prize Details: One winner will receive a £500 credit to shop at Under Her Eyes, awarded as store credit. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on 6 June, the day after World Environment Day. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification and Prize Claim: The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. To claim the prize, the winner must comply with all contest rules and requirements.

General Conditions: Participation in the contest constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for the purposes of administering this contest.

Limitation of Liability: Under Her Eyes is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical failures, or any issues that may prevent the entry from being processed. Entrants agree to release Under Her Eyes from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.

Right to Cancel or Modify: Under Her Eyes reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond our control that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

Data Protection: Personal information collected from participants will be used by Under Her Eyes solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding the prizes, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless the entrant has given explicit consent to use it for other purposes.

Governing Law: The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Disputes arising from this contest will be resolved under the laws of the United Kingdom.
