Please allow up to 1-3 working days for your parcel to reach you.

3. Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes we do. Please select this option at the checkout.

4. Do you offer free returns and delivery? 

Yes, we offer free returns and delivery for all UK customers. International customers will see delivery options and charges stated at checkout. International customers are also responsible for paying for the return of the products.  

5. How do I get 10% off my first order? 

Sign up for our newsletter (at the bottom of any page) and the discount code will be revealed! 

6. How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list? 

Email us at info@underhereyes.com and we’ll sort that out for you.

7. If I want an item that is out of stock or a special request…

8. What is your Returns policy?

9. Can I exchange my order? 

Unfortunately not, but please watch this space for updates.

10. What if the item is faulty? 

Please email us at info@underhereyes.com with details and photographs of the product fault and return within 14 days of receipt.

11. Can I make changes to my order once placed? 

If you’ve already placed an order we aren’t able to make changes, but please send a note to info@underhereyes.com and we’ll try to help.
